威海市居民对艾滋病的认知现状及影响因素分析

目的:了解我国城乡居民对艾滋病的知晓现状,认知途径及其影响因素,为有效防治艾滋病提供对策与建议。方法:选择山东省威海市的4个市(区),对其中8600户居民家庭进行问卷调查。结果:15岁及以上居民艾滋病知晓率达到72.0%,其中城市居民为77.5%,农村居民为70.3%;其中男性为73.1%,女性为71.0%。威海市居民艾滋病知晓途径主要为电视、收音机,比例达96.1%,其中67.6%的居民仅仅通过一条途径知晓艾滋病。结论:艾滋病的宣传教育工作应当重点针对农村和特殊脆弱人群,既需要利用已有宣传手段的优势又需要开辟和发展新的途径,以增加群众获取艾滋病知识的机会。

The Analysis of Cognition Towards Aids And Influential Factors Among Population in Weihal

Objective:The purpose of this investigation was to learn the knowledge,cognition way and influential factors towards AIDS,from which to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the effective preventing and controlling of AIDS. Method:An AIDS-related questionare survey was conducted by 8 600 residents of Shandong Weihai provience. Results: The rate of residents aged 15 and above years old that know AIDS is 72.0%. Among which 77.5% urban residents and 70.3% rural residents know AIDS. As for the difference in cognition rate between man and woman,which are 73.1% and 71.0% respectively. 96.1% residents of Weihai know AIDS mainly through TV and radio and 67.6% residents acquire it just through one way. Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen the education and propaganda of knowledge for AIDS in the countryside and the special crowd. Also new ways should be developed to increase the opportunity of residents to obtain knowledge of AIDS.
