综合医院心理咨询情况分析

目的：分析10年前后综合医院心理门诊咨询资料，探讨咨询变化特点。方法：应用统计学方法分析1984年1月－1987年12月和1998年1月－2001年12月行心理咨询者2647例。结果：不属于心理疾病，为解决各种心理问题咨询者较10年前明显上升，（55．8％，P＜0．05），其中学生人数显著增加（20．7％，P＜0．05）；咨询问题中各类神经症是首要问题。情绪，婚姻，人际交往问题呈快速上升趋势（P＜0．05）。结论：与10年前相比，人们的自身心理保健意识增强，主动寻求心理咨询者增多。

Analysis of psychological counseling in general hospitals

Objective:To explore the characteristics of psychological counseling in some general hospitals.Methods:The counseling data of 2647 clients (from Jan. 1984 to Dec.1987 and from Jan.1998 to Dec.2001) in some general hospitals were analyzed with statistical methods.Results:The number of clients who had mental diseases but expected to solve various kinds of their psychological problems through psychological counseling increased remarkably( 55.80% ,P<0.05); The percentege of students also increased distinctly (20.7%, P<0.05).Of all the counseling different kinds of neuroses constituted the major problem were still the most (30.8%). The number of problems in relation to motion,marriage and interpersonal relationship increased obviously(P<0.05). Conclusion:In comparison with the situation 10 years ago people's mentality at present about their psychological fitness is strong and the number of clients seeking for psychological counseling has increased.
