医院服务网络营销策略

摘    要:分析了传统医院营销策略及其存在的不足;论述了加强医院网络营销工作的必要性和现实意义;指出医院网络营销的目的不在于在网上能够销售多少医疗服务产品,而重在提高医疗服务水平、加强与患者沟通、改善医患关系、提高患者满意度、增大医院品牌价值、增强医院的知名度和美誉度以及患者的忠诚度,从而增强医院的市场竞争力。

Abstract:The strategies and the barriers of traditional hospital marketing were analyzed. The necessity and effect ofstrengthening hospital network marketing were discussed. The goal of hospital network marketing was not how much healthservice could be sold but how to privide better health service, how to communicate with patients, how to improve the relationsbetween hospital and patients, how to advance satisfaction and loyalty of patients and popularity and reputation of hospital. Sothe brand value of hospital was promoted and the hospital competitiveness was increased.
