| 摘 要： | 欧洲疾病预防控制中心（ECDC）于2004年在瑞典的斯德哥尔摩成立，目的主要是加强传染病防控能力。ECDC的任务是对危害人类健康的传染病进行鉴定、评估和交流。为了达到这一目的，ECDC在其成员国开展了广泛的传染病监测并建立了早期预警系统，同时ECDC还组建了专家库，对新发传染病进行危害性评估。
