木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变30例观察

目的：观察木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法：糖尿病周围神经病变患者60例随机分为两组,两组均给予降糖基础治疗,观察组加用木丹颗粒7 g,po,tid,对照组加用硫辛酸片0.6 g,po,qd。疗程均为8周。观察比较两组治疗前后FBG、2hPG和血液流变学指标变化。结果：观察组治疗后,血浆黏度、全血黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原含量等指标均显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。2组患者治疗前后FBG、P2hPG比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,能显著改善患者血液流变学指标。

Observation of Mudan Granules in the Treatment of 30 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Mudan granules in the treatment of granule with diabetic peripheral neu-ropathy. Methods：Totally 60 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the control group （30 cases） and the study group （30 cases） both with hypoglycemic treatment. The control group was receivedα-lipoic acid tablets, while the study group was treated with Mudan granules. The treatment course was 8 weeks. FBG, 2hPG and hemorheology indices were determined and com-pared. Results：After the treatment in the study group, the plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, hematocrit and content of fibrino-gen were improved, and there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Mudan granules are suit-able for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
