| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂对冠心病心力衰竭患者心率变异性的影响。方法对照组（６７例）按常规方法治疗；苯那普利组在常规治疗基础上加用苯那普利。所有病人均于就诊或入院后２４小时内和治疗８周后各进行一次动态心电图监测并进行心率变异性（ＨＲＶ）时域分析。结果两组忠者ＨＲＶ均较正常人低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗８周后苯那普利组ＨＲＶ各参数均明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），而对照组除ｒＭＳＳＤ升高外，其余参数未见明显改善。结论心力衰竭患者ＨＲＶ明显降低，苯那普利可明显升高心衰患者的ＨＲＶ。

| Abstract: | Aim To Study the effect of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor on heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with coronary heart diseases and heart failure. Methods After eliminating the factors that can influence the HRV. We divided all of the appropriate patients randomized into two groups:Control group( n =67) given routine therapies.The time domain analysis of HRV were carried out in all patients with ABPM before and after 8 weeks medication. Results All indices of HRV in two groups were obviously lower than control group( P <0.01). After 8 weeks treatment with benazepril,HRV indices elevated obviously. Conclusion Benazepril elevated the HRV may beneficial the stability of heart function. |
