中西医结合治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病的临床观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法62例患者按随机原则分为两组，治疗组在采用西药有效控制血糖水平的基础上加用具有益气养阴、活血化瘀功效的中药参芪益肾汤治疗；对照组则采用单纯西药治疗，两组均治疗3个月，并同时观察两组治疗前后症状，体征及实验室相关指标。结果总有效率治疗组为87．5％，对照组为60％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。24h尿白蛋白排泄率，血糖，血脂等指标治疗组治疗后均较治疗前有显著改善（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论中西医结合治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗。

Clinical Study on Incipient Diabetic Nephropathy Treated by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To explore the curative effect of treatment with integrated traditional chinese and western medicine(TCM-WM) on incipient diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods Sixty-two patients with incipient DN were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group(32 cases) is treated by both western medicine to control the level of blood sugar and Shenqi Yishen decoction for supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin.The control group 30 cases were treated with western medicine alone.The course of treatment was three mounths.Changes of symptoms,signs,and related laboratory parameters were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.5?% while that in the control group was 60?%,the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).The related parameters including 24 hours urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),blood sugar,and blood lipids level were all improved after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The curative effect of TCMWM is better than that of western medicine alone in treating incipient DN.
