基层医院心血管内科护理安全管理的体会

目的通过对影响心血管内科护理安全因素的分析,制定有效的护理安全管理措施,避免护理纠纷及事故的发生。方法对可能存在的影响护理安全的相关因素进行分析,采取加强护士专业知识及技能的学习、加强教育,提高护士法律意识和自我保护意识、制定健全的安全管理机制、培养护士良好的沟通技巧、加强重点环节的监控,积极预防护理不良事件的发生一系列措施确保护理安全。结果实施有效的护理安全管理措施后护理纠纷明显减少,提高了护理质量,增加了患者的满意度。结论采取有效的护理安全管理措施能够预防护理安全隐患的发生,减少护理纠纷。

Cardiology Primary Hospital care Safety Management Experience

Objective Cardiovascular medical care through the analysis of safety factors, the development of effective care and safety management measures, to avoid disputes and accidents care.
