摘    要:目的 研究口腔鳞状细胞癌组织Fas配体(FasL)的表达及其临床病理学意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测10例正常口腔粘膜、38例口腔鳞癌组织及肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(TIL)和11例转移淋巴结中FasL的表达情况。结果 FasL在正常口腔粘膜中不表达,在鳞癌组织中表达明显上调(P<0.05);FasL表达与口腔鳞癌分化程度无关(P>0.05);32/38例(84.2%)鳞癌组织TIL细胞FasL表达阳性;有淋巴结转移者FasL阳性表达率明显高于无转移者(P<0.05)。结论 FasL的上调表达是口腔鳞癌组织免疫反攻击的体现,对促进肿瘤的发生发展及转移有重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression and clinical pathological significance of Fas ligand(FasL) in oral squamous cellcarcinoma(OSCC). Methods The expression of FasL was detected in 10 cases of oral normal epithelium, 38 cases of OSCC andtumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs), and 11 cases of metastasis lymph nodes by immunohistochemical method. Results Therewas no expression of FasL in oral normal mucosa and an apparent up-regulated expression in OSCC(P<0. 05). The FasL expres-sion was not related to the differentiated degree of OSCC(P>0. 05). The positive expression of FasL was seen in TILs in 32 casesof OSCC(84.2%). The positive expression rate of FasL in OSCC with lymph node metastasis was remarkably higher than those innon-metastasis(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The up-regulated expression of FasL in OSCC is an implication of immune counterattackand plays an important role in development, progress and metastasis of OSCC.
