护理干预对手足口病患儿治疗依从性及临床疗效的影响

目的探讨护理干预对手足口病患儿治疗依从性及临床疗效的影响。方法将80N手足口病患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组采用护理干预，比较二者治疗依从性和临床疗效。结果观察组患儿饮食、运动、用药及行为依从性明显好于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患儿体温恢复正常时间、皮疹消退时间、溃疡愈合时间以及用药时间均显著短于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预可显著提高手足口病患儿治疗依从性和临床疗效，促进患儿康复，值得临床推广应用。

Effects of Nursing Intervention on the Treatment Adherence and Clinical Efficacy in HFMD Children

Objective To study the efficacy of nursing intervention on the treatment adherence and clini cal efficacy in HFMD children. Methods 80 HFMD patients were divided randomly into observation group （40 eases） and control group （40 cases） . The observation group was used with nursing intervention, the control gr oup was used with the conventional care. Then two groups of treatment adherence and clinical efficacy were compared. Results The children＇s diet, exercise, drug and behavior compliance in observation group were significantly better th an the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; The body temperature to restore norma I time, rashes extinction time, ulcer healing time and drug using time in observation group were significantly shorter th an control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve treatment adherence and clinical efficacy , promote rehabilitation of children, and be worthy of clinical application.
