中医特色护理技术在骨折治疗中的应用

目的评价中医护理技术对胫骨下端闭合式骨折术后治疗效果的影响，为胫骨下端闭合式骨折的术后护理提供有效手段和理论依据。方法选择胫骨下端闭合式骨折术后的患者86例，随机分成中医参与护理组42例和西医常规护理组44例，两组患者住院期间均接受了临床药物治疗，中医护理组除接受常规护理外，配合科内协定中药处方进行熏蒸和湿敷、骨折治疗仪等中医护理操作。疗程前后采用疼痛评分、骨伤处软组织肿胀减退情况、x线下骨痂生成、功能锻炼时肢体活动度等比较两组康复效果。结果中药护理组治疗效果明显优于常规护理组。结论胫骨下端闭合骨折术后患者在常规药物结合中医护理技术可以缓解骨伤术后肢体疼痛、改善肢体活动度，促进骨伽的生长速度，明显缩短肢体肿胀，缩短肢体功能锻炼时间。其效果优于单纯的常规护理；科内协定的的中草药处方取材、熬制方便，价格低廉，无副作用，值得临床推广。

Application of TCM Special-Featured Nursing Techniques in the Treatment of Facture

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of TCM special-featured techniques in the nursing of postoperative closed fracture in lower tibia, so as to provide cures and theoretic evidence for its treatment. Methods Eighty-six postoperative patients with closed fracture in the lower tibia were randomly divided into two groups, 42 cases were the TCM nursing group and other 44 cases were the conventional nursing group. In addision to the same medication and nursing, the former group were given TCM special-featured nursing techniques, such as fumigation and hydropathic compress of prescribed TCM formula, fracture therapeutic apparatus and microwave therapeutic instrument. Both the two groups were evaluated in terms of pain scoring, the swelling subsided situation of traumatology at the soft tissue, the callus formation by X-ray, the activity of functional exercise limb to compare the rehabilitation of the two groups. Results TCM nursing group was found with significantly superior therapeutic effects. Conclusion The application of TCM special-featured nursing techniques in combination with conventional medication were able to alleviate the post trauma pain, increase the activity, promote the growth of bone gamma speed, significantly shorten limb swelling, and shorten limb function exercise. The efficacy of the TCM nursing group was significantly better than the conventional nursing group. The prescribed TCM formula had easy preparation, low price, and no side effect, therefore should be promoted in the clinical.
