| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate inhibitory effects of lentinan on human tumor SGC-7901 cells growth in vitro.Methods:The potential effect of lentinan on the cell viability was examined using MTT assay.The cell cycle distribution of SGC-7901 cells treated with lentinan was analyzed by flow cytometry.Phosphorylation of ERK1/2 was detected by Western blot.Results:Lentinan strongly inhibited the SGC-7901 cells growth.Lentinan induced S phase cell cycle arrest and activated ERK1/2 phosphorylation in SGC-7901 cells.Conc... |
