摘    要:目的:通过对MRI图像进行分析,探讨导致消融疗效产生差异的可能性因素.方法:选择经MRI确诊的症状性子宫肌瘤患者行超声引导下的聚焦超声消融,记录患者在消融中出现的不良反应.消融后用增强MRI评估肌瘤体积的消融范围,并比较子宫肌瘤在MRI图像上不同的位置、大小、类型及T2WI信号强度之间消融疗效的差异.结果:从2006年...
