基于转化医学理念的眼科研究生科研能力培养模式探索

将转化医学理念引入眼科研究生教育中，探索“四阶段一贯制”学校、附属医院及研究所联合培养模式。通过在“理论知识储备”阶段确立临床导师负责制，构建个性化的课程体系；在“课题凝练”阶段指导研究生从临床实践中凝练课题，实施临床与基础学科导师组联合培养；在“基础科研能力训练”阶段进行Seminar教学；在“科研成果形成”阶段由导师组联合指导研究生撰写学术论文与学位论文等方式；促进眼科研究生科研能力提升。

Investigation on training mode of scientific ability for postgraduates based on translational medicine theory

The training mode of ‘consecutive four-stage system’ for postgraduate education was investigated under the united training condition of university , institute and affiliated hospital based on the concept of translational medicine theory. At the stage of ‘theoretical knowledge accumu-lation’, the clinical supervisor had the overall responsibility and constructed the personalized curricu-lum for postgraduates; at the stage of the ‘project preparation’, the clinical supervisor asked post-graduates to find the issue from clinical practice and constructed the united training by supervisors from clinical department and basic research department; at the stage of ‘training of basic research ability’, seminar teaching was carried out for postgraduates; at the stage of ‘scientific achievement formation’, supervisors guided postgraduates to write papers and thesis. By these means, the abilities of scientific research for ophthalmic postgraduates were promoted.
