| 摘 要： | 凡在妊娠早期采用人工方法终止妊娠称为早期妊娠终止，亦称为人工流产。是避孕补救的措施。人工流产手术麻醉药物有多种，现比较畀丙酚与芬太尼、瑞芬太尼、氯胺酮复合麻醉在人工流产手术的效果，探究合理的麻醉配方。
