磷酸肌酸在缺血缺氧性心肌损伤中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨磷酸肌酸在缺血缺氧性心肌损伤中的应用。方法选取本院2009年2月~2011年2月收治的心脏病患者58例,随机分为磷酸肌酸组(CP组)和对照组,每组29例,CP组在基础治疗的基础上加注磷酸肌酸,对照组不加药只采用常规治疗。观察两组患者的复跳功能、升主动脉阻断前及开放后心肌酶的测量值。结果两组患者主动脉开放后心肌酶的测定值均高于阻断前(P〈0.05),8、24h时点CP组明显高于对照组(P〈0.05);CP组与对照组的自动复跳率分别为89.7%(26/29)和72.4%(21,29),开放主动脉至心脏复跳时间分别为(0.92±o.27)、(1.59±0.43)min,此两组数据组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸对缺血缺氧性心肌损伤可起到良好的保护作用,在手术过程中既能保护心肌又能加快恢复损伤的心肌,适用于临床治疗。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the application of creatine phosphate in hypoxic-ischemic myocardial injury.Methods Fifty eight patients with heart disease were chosen in our hospital from February 2009 to February 2011 and were randomly divided into groups of creatine phosphate (CP group) and control group 29 cases,CP group added creatine phosphate on the basis of basic treatment,control group used conventional treatment only.Resuscitation of patients were observed features,the ascending aorta blocking enzymes before and after the opening of the measured values.Results The two groups of patients after aortic enzymes were higher than the measured value before blocking (P < 0.05),8 h,24 h point CP group was significantly higher (P < 0.05);CP group and control group automatically re-jump rates were 89.7% (26/29) and 72.4% (21/29),open the aorta to cardiac resuscitation time was (0.92±0.27) min,(1.59±0.43) min,the two sets of data between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Creatine phosphate hypoxic-ischemic myocardial injury can play a good protection,both in myocardial protection during surgery can accelerate recovery of myocardial injury for clinical treatment.
