胆囊切除致胆管损伤的相关因素分析

目的探讨胆囊切除致胆管损伤的相关因素。方法回顾性分析本院2010年2月～2011年10月行腹腔镜胆囊切除术160例患者的临床资料。结果术中发现胆管损伤16例,发生率为10.0%。单因素分析胆管损伤的发生与患者血浆清蛋白水平、总胆红素水平相关（P〈0.05）,而与患者性别、年龄、谷丙转氨酶水平无明显的相关性（P〉0.05）。结论胆囊切除致胆管损伤的发生率比较高,其发生多与术前血浆清蛋白水平和总胆红素水平相关。

The relevant factors correlation analyis of cholecystectomy bile duct injury

Objective To investigate the relevant factors correlation of cholecystectomy bile duct injury. Methods Retrospective analyzed clinical data of 160 cases treated by the laparoscopic cholecystectomy from February 2010 to October 2011 in our hospital. Results Sixteen cases were found bile duct injury, the occurrence rate was 10.0%. In the univariate analyzed, the occurrence of bile duct injury was correlated to the plasma albumin level and total bilirubin level (P<0.05), and had no correlated to the gender, age and alanine aminotransferase level (P>0.05). Conclusion The incidence of cholecystectomy bile duct injury is relatively high, its occurrence is correlated to serum albumin level and total bilirubin levels.
