| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨关节腔冲洗注射加臭氧治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的疗效。方法：采用关节腔注射加臭氧治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎90例,分析其疗效。结果：经6个月~5年随访,按中医病证诊断疗效标准,治愈78例,好转10例,未愈2例。总有效率为97.8%。结论：本组采用关节腔冲洗注射加臭氧治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的方法是一种行之有效、操作简单、疗效可靠、易于推广的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the intra-articular injection plus ozone wash treatment of knee synovitis effect. Methods: The intra-articular injection plus ozone treatment of knee synovitis in 90 cases, analyzed of its efficacy. Results: After six months to 5 years of follow-up, according to TCM Syndrome Diagnostic efficacy criteria, cure in 78 cases, improved in 10 cases, healed in 2 cases. Total efficiency of 97.8%. Conclusion: The group with intra-articular injection plus ozone wash treatment of traumatic synovitis of the knee is an effective, simple, effective, reliable, easy-to promote the method. |
