电针治疗常见精神疾病的疗程与疗效比较

目的观察电针治疗常见精神疾病疗程与疗效的关系。方法电针治疗分为3组，治疗次数小于15次为Ⅰ组；治疗次数15-45次为Ⅱ组；治疗次数45次以上为Ⅲ组；分别统计总疗效和常见精神疾病中精神分裂症、情感障碍、神经症的痊愈、显好率。结果Ⅰ组痊愈、显好率为18．85％，Ⅱ组为66．17％，Ⅲ组为71．42％。Ⅰ组与Ⅱ、Ⅲ组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组比较差异无统计学意义（19〉0．05）。情感障碍、精神分裂症、神经症的疗程与疗效结果也与上述总疗程与疗效相同。结论电针治疗小于15次治疗者疗效差，30次左右疗效较好．大于45次治疗者疗效虽有增加，但差异无统计学意义。其中精神分裂症巩固维持时间较长是必要的．因此病治疗难度较大．

Comparative analysis of frequency of treatment and efficacy of electro-acupuncture treatment of common mental illness

Objective To observe the relationship between treatment process and efficacy in the treatment of common mental illness by E1ectro-acupuncture.Methods Ⅲ groups were divided,Group Ⅰ was treated by intellectual E1ectro-acupuncture for less than 15 times,Group Ⅱ was treated for more than 15 times but less than 45 times and group Ⅲ,more than 45 times.Then the total efficacy and the significant improvement rates of affective disorder,schizophrenia or neurosis were found by statistics respectively.Results The significant improvement rate of Group Ⅰ was 18.85%,and 66.17%,71.42% were those of Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ respectively.The difference was significant between Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ,Group Ⅲ (P< 0.01).But there was no significant difference between Group Ⅱand Group Ⅲ (P> 0.05).The result between the efficacy and treatment process of affective disorder,schizophrenia or neurosis was similar to that of common mental illness totally.Conclusion Low efficacy is showed in Group Ⅰ,which is treated for less than 15 times.The efficacy is high by the treatment for little more or less than 30 times.It is higher for more than 45 times of treatment.But the difference is not significant between the Ⅱ latter.A long-term treatment process is necessary for schizophrenia because the treatment is more difficult.
