奥扎格雷钠与血栓通（粉针）联合治疗急性脑梗死40例疗效分析

目的观察奥扎格雷钠与血栓通联合治疗对急性脑梗死患者的疗效。方法将80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组，治疗组用奥扎格雷钠加血栓通治疗，对照组用血栓通（粉针）治疗，15d为1个疗程，观察两组问的疗效差别。结果两组患者间的疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。讨论奥扎格雷钠与血栓通（粉针）联合治疗急性脑梗死效果较单用血栓通（粉针）明显。

Ozagrel and Xueshuantong (powder for injection) combined treatment of 40 cases of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Ozagrel and Xueshuantong combined treatment for acute cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group were treated by ozagrel plus Xueshuantong,control group were treated by Xueshuantong (powder for injection).The course of treatment was 15 days.The efficacy of the difference observed between the two groups.Results The difference of efficacy between the two groups was significant (P< 0.01).Conclusion Ozagrel and Xueshuantong (powder for injection) for acute cerebral infarction using thrombotic is more effective than the single-Xueshuantong (powder for injection) significantly.
