米非司酮与甲氨蝶呤联合保守治疗异位妊娠30例临床疗效观察

目的：探讨米非司酮与甲氨蝶呤联合保守治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法：选择本院确诊为异位妊娠的患者60例,将以上患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组。对照组给予米非司酮100mg口服,每隔12h服用1次,连续服用3d。观察组患者给予甲氨蝶呤50mg/m2,单次肌内注射,同时口服米非司酮100mg,每隔12h服用1次,连续服用3d。结果：观察组治愈率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组血β-HCG水平降至正常时间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：米非司酮与甲氨蝶呤联合保守治疗异位妊娠临床效果显著,值得借鉴。

Clinical efficacy observation of mifepristone combined with methotrexate on 30 cases with heterotopic pregnancy

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with methotrexate on heterotopic pregnancy. Methods: Sixty cases with heterotopic pregnancy were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in control group were taken mifepristone tablets 100 mg, twice in a day, the coures were 3 days. The patients in observation group were taken mifepristone tablets 100 mg, twice in a day, the coures were 3 days; and at the same time methotrexate 50 mg/m2 was given with intramuscular injection. Results: The cure rate in observation group compared with that in control group, there was statistical difference (P<0.05); the time returned to normal of β-HCG in observation group compared with that in control group, there was statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with methotrexate on heterotopic pregnancy is significant, and the therapy should be the reference for doctors.
