2125例外伤院前急救分析

目的：了解攀枝花市外伤急救特点,为加强外伤预防和急救措施提供科学依据。方法：对本院2008年1月～2010年12月院前急救病例进行统计分析。结果：攀枝花市院前急救外伤病例高,占全部病例的59.44%。致伤因素排名前三位依次为交通伤、跌倒伤、斗殴伤。结论：攀枝花市院前急救外伤病例多,以交通伤为主,因此加强交通秩序整顿、培训人民群众急救知识是减少外伤病例、提高外伤急救能力、减少致残率、致死率的有效措施。

Analysis on 2 125 cases of trauma pre-hospital care

Objective: To understand the characters of trauma first aid in Panzhihua city, and to provide scientific proofs for strengthening trauma prevention and first aid measures. Methods: Pre-hospital first-aid cases in our hospital from Jan. 2008 to Dec. 2010 were statisticaly analyzed. Results: Abundant pre-hospital trauma first aid cases in Panzhihua city accounted for 59.44% of all cases. Wounding factors ranked top 3 were traffic injuries, traumatic injuries and fights injury in order. Conclusion: Abundant pre-hospital trauma first aid cases in Panzhihua city give priority to traffic injury. Therefore, strengthening regulation of traffic order and training people of first-aid knowledge are effective measures to enhance trauma first aid capacity, and to reduce trauma cases, disability rate and death rate.
