厄贝沙坦联合低分子肝素钠治疗2型糖尿病的疗效研究

目的观察厄贝沙坦联合低分子肝素钠在治疗2型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法将2010年1～12月在本院收治的糖尿病肾病患者共计44例,将患者采用双盲法随机分为两组,分别为治疗组和对照组,每组患者各22例。在基础治疗控制患者血糖的基础上对治疗组加用300mg/d的厄贝沙坦和进行5000U/d低分子肝素钠的皮下注射。结果两组在治疗前各项生理指数无明显差异,治疗1个月后治疗组的24hUPE、SCr、血清TC和TG与治疗前相比有显著性下降。经过统计学计算对照组的治疗效果与治疗组组相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论厄贝沙坦联合低分子肝素钠治疗对治疗糖尿肾病显性蛋白尿的疗效显著,对患者无任何不良影响产生。

Curative effect study on Irbesartan combined with Low molecular heparin sodium in the treatment of type 2 diabetes

Objective To observe the treatment effecte on sand’s joint,low molecular heparin sodium in the treatment of type 2 diabetes treatment effect.Methods Forty four patients with diabetes nephritis in our hospital form Janaury 2010 to December 2010 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 22 cases.The patients of treatment group were given 300 mg Irbesartan and 5 000 U/d Low molecular heparin sodium on the basic treatment in order to control the blood sugar.Results There were no significant differences in the physical indexs of two groups before treatment.After the treatment of one month,there were significant differences in the UPE,SCr,serum TC and TG of treatment group after 24 hours,which compared with before treatment,the treatment effect of treatment group was better than that of control group,there was significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with Low molecular Heparin Sodium in the treatment of type 2 diabetes has obvious effect,and has no side effect to the patients.
