磷酸肌酸钠对心血管疾病的临床疗效

目的：探讨和分析磷酸肌酸钠对心血管疾病的临床疗效,总结其临床价值。方法：回顾性分析具有完整临床资料的2009年3月～2010年12月来本院就诊的慢性心力衰竭和心绞痛患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组患者各30例。对照组患者采用包括利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、硝酸酯类药物等进行常规治疗。观察组则在对照组治疗的的基础上给予磷酸肌酸钠,每日2g,静脉滴注治疗,连续应用14d。结果：对照组总有效率为60.00%,观察组总有效率为93.33%,观察组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：磷酸肌酸钠联合常规药物治疗心血管疾病具有较好的临床疗效,可有效改善心脏功能。

The clinical effect of the Creatine Phospate for Cardiovascular

Objective: To study and analyze the clinical effect of Creatine Phospate for cardiovascular disease, and summarize its clinical value. Methods: The clinical data of 60 patients with chronic heart failure and angina pectoris in our hospital from March 2009 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 30 cases. The control group were treated with routine treatment including diuretics, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, nitrates and so on. The observation group were treated with muscle sodium phosphate 2 g/d based on the treatment of control group by intravenous infusion therapy. The two groups were all treated with continuous application of 14 days. Results: The total effective rate of control group was 60.00%, the total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%. The effect of observation group was better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of Muscle sodium phosphate combined with conventional medical treatment for cardiovascular disease is better, and it can effectively improve heart function.
