美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的疗效观察

目的探讨美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效及应用价值。方法选取2010年6月～2011年8月收入院的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者160例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例,对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用美托洛尔和曲美他嗪治疗,疗程8周。动态观察两组患者症状体征、心功能和左心室射血分数（LVEF）。结果治疗组的临床综合疗效总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组患者的心功能及左心室射血分数均较对照组明显改善。结论美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪能够显著改善慢性心力衰竭患者临床症状和心功能,疗效可靠。

The efficacy of Metoprolol combined with Trimetazidine in treating Chronic congestive heart failure patients

Objective To investigate the efficacy and value of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in treating chronic congestive heart failure patients.Methods Selected 160 cases chronic congestive heart failure patients in hospital and randomly divided into treatment and control groups,80 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional anti-heart failure treatment;On this basis,treatment group used metoprolol and trimetazidine for 8 weeks.Dynamics observed in patients with symptoms and signs,cardiac function and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF).Results The total clinical comprehensive efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the cardiac function and left ventricular ejection fraction of treatment group was improved significantly.Conclusion Metoprolol joint trimetazidine can significantly improve clinical symptoms and cardiac function of chronic heart failure patients,which is effective,safe and reliable.
