| 摘 要： | 目的探讨运动想象疗法在脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能康复治疗中的效果。方法选择43例患者，使用运动想象疗法，比较治疗前后患者FMA评分、MBI评分以及STEF评分变化情况。结果治疗后患者FMA评分、MBI评分以及STEF评分均明显较治疗前提高（P〈0．05）。结论运动想象疗法能显著改善偏瘫患者上肢运动功能，提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of movement imagine therapy on the treatment of upper limb function rehabilitation in patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods Forty three cases of patients were selected,and treated with movement imagine therapy.The changes of FMA scoring,MBI scoring and STEF scoring before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment the FMA scoring,MBI scoring and STEF scoring were all enhanced significantly than those of before treatment (P< 0.05).Conclusion Movement imagine therapy can improve the motor function of upper limb significantly in patients with stroke hemiplegia and also can improve the life quality. |
