| 摘 要： | 目的总结后腹腔镜技术治疗肾盂旁囊肿经验。方法采用后腹腔镜肾盂旁囊肿去顶减压术治疗37例肾盂旁囊肿。结果 36例获成功,1例术中发现肾盂损伤漏尿,予置输尿管支架管引流及后腹膜引流管,7d后拔除后腹膜引流管,1个月后拔除输尿管支架管,术后随访无并发症。手术时间40～90min,平均60min;出血20～70mL;术后住院4～7d;34例术后随访3～6个月,无复发。结论 ：后腹腔镜肾盂旁囊肿去顶减压术是治疗肾盂旁囊肿的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for parapelvic cyst.Methods Totally 37 cases of patients with parapelvic cyst were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing and decompression surgery.Results The operations were successfully completed,while 1 case with pelvis injured was treated by d-j tube(extracted after 1 month) and retroperitoneal drainage tube(removed after 1 week) with no recurrence in the follow-up.The op-eration time was 50-80 minutes(averaged 60 min),the hospital stay was 4-7 days.34 cases of patients were followed up with no recurrence.Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing and decompression surgery is an ideal method for parapelvic cyst. |
