鸦胆子油乳联合顺铂胸腔内灌注治疗肺癌所致恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

目的观察鸦胆子油乳联合顺铂胸腔内灌注治疗肺癌所致恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法将64例确诊为肺癌所致恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组32例，留置导管排尽胸水后，治疗组给予顺铂40mg／m2。鸦胆子油乳100mL胸腔灌注。对照组仅给予顺铂40mg／m2胸腔灌注，5～7d灌注1次，共4次。结束后观察临床疗效、生活质量及毒副作用。结果治疗组有效率、生活质量改善率高于对照组，而毒副反应低于对照组。两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论鸦胆子油乳联合顺铂胸腔灌注治疗肺癌所致恶性胸腔积液疗效优于单用顺铂．具有临床府用价值．

Clinical observation of Brucea Javanica oil Emulsion and Cisplatinum on treating lung cancer malignant pleural effussion

Objective To evaluate the curative effects on lung cancer malignant pleural effusion treated with brucea javanica oil emulsion and cisplatinum.Methods Sixty four cases of patients suffering from lung cancer malignant pleural effusion were randomized into two groups:32 patients in the treatment group were treated with brucea javanica oil emulsion(100 mL) and cisplatinum(40 mg/m2) by intrathoracic injection after thoracocentesis.While in control group 32 patients were treated with cisplatinum(40 mg/m2) by intrathoracic injection.Every 5 to 7 days once and total of four times.The target of observation were clinical efficancy,quality of life and side-effects.Results The effectiverate and improvement rate of life quality in treatment group were higher than the control group,and the side-effect of the therapy was lower.The difference was significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion To control the lung cancer malignant pleural effusion,the curative effects of brucea javanica oil emulsion and cisplatinum together by intrathoracic injection after thoracocentesis is superior to single cisplatinum,and this treatment had the value of clinical application.
