医学实习生职业防护知识岗前教育的效果评价

目的评估职业防护知识岗前教育对医学实习生的认知影响。方法将358名医学实习生随机分为试验组（n=200）和对照组（n=158）,试验组在岗前教育时进行职业防护知识与技能的强化培训;对照组不进行干预培训。比较两组实习生职业防护知识的认知差异。结果试验组实习生对职业暴露概念、标准预防内涵、手卫生方法、防护用具的作用及正确使用、锐器伤的处理、艾滋病病毒职业暴露的评估与阻断治疗的认知程度高于对照组．二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论职业防护岗前强化教育是帮助医学实习生迅速提高职业防护认知能力的重要途径,对预防职业暴露至关重要。

Evaluation of the effects of occupational protection in pre-vocational education on medical interns

Objective To assess the effect of occupational protection in the pre-vocational education on the cognitive of medical interns.Methods Three hundred and fifty eight medical interns were randomly divided into experimental group (n=200) and control group (n=158).The experimental group were given intensive training of prevention knowledge and skills in pre-vocational education,while the control group went without intervention training.Then cognitive differences of occupational protection knowledge were compared between the two intern groups.Results The level of cognitive on the concept of occupational exposure,the standard connotation of prevention,hand hygiene methods,the function of protective equipment and proper use,handling of sharps injuries,the assessment and interdiction of occupational exposure to HIV treatment was higher in the test group than that in the control group and there were significant differences between the two groups (P< 0.01).Conclusion Intensive education in the pre-vocational education helps medical interns strengthen the cognitive of occupational protection and plays an important role in the prevention of occupational exposure.
