| 摘 要： | 目的研究平板运动试验对心脏X综合征的诊断意义。方法将符合心脏X综合征诊断及符合冠心病诊断的平板运动试验结果阳性的患者共52例分成A组（心脏X综合征患者）和B组（冠心病患者），比较两组患者的平板运动试验相关数据，并进行分析和总结。结果A、B两组在年龄、性别、吸烟人数、患高血压人数、运动前收缩压、峰值收缩压、运动前舒张压、峰值舒张压、峰值HRxBP、达到目标心率的人数、运动时间、代谢当量值的比较均无统计学意义：仅在ST段的改变规律方面两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论平板运动试验对心脏X综合征的诊断有一定的鉴别诊断意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate Treadmill Exercise Test (TET) in detecting cardiac syndrome X (CSX).Methods Fifty two patients with TET positive were divided into two groups:Group A-CSX(n=18) and group B-coronary heart disease (CHD) (n=34),their TET datas were compared.Results There were no differences between the two groups in age,gender,smoking,primary hypertension,the BP before exercise,the highest BP during exercise,the highest HR×BP,the exercise time and METs.There was difference only in the changes of ST segment.Conclusion TET is helpful for clinical diagnosis in CSX patients with normal CAG. |
