2008～2010年某院抗感染药物利用分析

目的评价某院抗感染药物应用现状及趋势。方法对本院2008～2010年抗感染药物的用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）等进行回顾性统计和分析。结果2009年该院抗感染药物用药金额比2008年有较大幅度增长，20i0年与2009年基本持平。各亚类抗感染药物中头孢菌素类用药金额及用药频度均列第一位。结论本院应加强对头孢菌素类抗感染药物的管理，以提高药物疗效，减少药物耐药性。

Analysis of antimicrobial agents used in our hospital between 2008 and 2010

Objective To evaluate the application status and tendency of antimicrobial agents in our hospital.Methods The antimicrobial agents used in our hospital between 2008 and 2010 were retrospectively analyzed regarding the consumption amount and DDDs.Results The consumption amount of antimicrobial agents of 2009 had large margin increases compared with that of 2008,but it was roughly equal to that of 2010.Cephaiosporins occupied the first sale and shared the highest in clinical drug using in successive 3 years.Conclusion The application administration of cephaiosporins still should be strengthened in order to get good effect and reduce drug-resistant strains.
