三种途径全子宫切除术的临床疗效对比分析

目的讨论开腹子宫切除术（TAH）、阴式子宫切除术（TVH）和腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术（LAVH）的手术方法、术中情况和术后疗效。方法选取本院行TAH术、TVH术以及LAVH术各36例患者的临床资料,对比分析手术方法、术中情况和术后疗效。结果 LAVH组与TAH组及TVH组比较,具有适用范围广、肛门排气和住院时间短、感染和使用镇痛剂率低等优点。结论 TAH手术、TVH手术以及LAVH手术各有利弊,临床应根据医院条件和患者病情等情况选择合适的手术方式,最大程度降低创伤,维持体内环境的稳定以及肌肤的完美,对患者的早日康复具有非常重要的意义。

Comparative analysis of clinical efficacy of hysterectomy with three ways

Objective To discuss abdominal hysterectomy(TAH),Transvaginal hysterectomy(TVH) and laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy surgery(LAVH) surgery,intraoperative and postoperative results.Methods Clinical data of 36 patients who underwent TAH surgery,the TVH surgery and LAVH surgery,comparative analysis of surgical techniques,intraoperative and postoperative efficacy.Results The LAVH group compared with the TAH group and TVH group,had the advantage of a wide range of applications,anal exhaust and shorter hospital stay,infection and use of analgesics was low.Conclusion TAH surgery,the TVH surgery and LAVH surgery have advantages and disadvantages,select the appropriate surgical approach should be based on hospital conditions and patient’s condition,minimize trauma to maintain a stable environment in the body and skin perfect,the early rehabilitation of patients has very important significance.
