胰岛素样生长因子1及其受体在不同程度子宫内膜组织中的表达

目的检测胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）及其受体（IGF-1R）在不同程度子宫内膜组织中的表达，探讨两者在子宫内膜癌诊断中的意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测两者在实验组及对照组中的表达。结果IGF-1阳性表达在各组间有相应增加趋势，并且线性趋势卡方检验差异有统计学意义（X^2=14．461，P〈0．05），IGF-1R在正常和癌两种子宫内膜组织中的阳性表达率分别为60．0％和67．5％，差异无统计学意义（X^2=0．487，P〉0．05）；过度表达率分别为0和10．0％，差异有统计学意义（X^2=4．211，P〈0．05）。结论IGF-1／IR表达与子宫内膜病变有关，可作为子宫内膜癌的一个检测指标。

The expression of Insulin-like growth factor-1 and its receptor in varying degrees of endometrial tissue

Objective To detect the expression of IGF-1 and its receptor in various degrees of endometrial tissue,explore their diagnastic value of endometrial cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical staining of IGF-1/IR were performed in the experimental group and control group.Results Positive expression of IGF-1 was found a corresponding increase in trend in each group,and the linear trend chi-square test with statistical significance (χ2=14.461,P< 0.05).Positive expression of IGF-1R was found in 60.00% of the control group and 67.50% of the cancer.No significant difference of positive expression rate was observed in the two groups (χ2=0.487,P> 0.05).Over expression of IGF-1R was 0 of the control group and 10.0% of the cancer.Significant difference of over expression was noted between the two groups (χ2=4.211,P< 0.05).Conclusion Expression of IGF-1/1R is related to Endometrial lesions,and IGF-1 and IGF-1R can be regarded as predictive makers of prognosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
