摘    要:目的:探讨超声引导穿刺在气压弹道碎石与超声碎石清石术联合应用中的临床价值。方法:对52例肾结石及输尿管结石患者,超声引导穿刺,建立皮肾通道,利用肾镜及气压弹道碎石或超声碎石清石,完成对肾结石及输尿管上段结石的碎石取石。结果:52例肾结石及输尿管结石患者中,穿刺成功52例,成功率为100%,建立通道成功50例,成功率为96.15%(50/52),失败2例,改为开放手术。结论:超声引导穿刺,具有定位精确,实时监测,减少并发症等优点,因此超声引导穿刺是保证经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石与超声碎石清石术中成功的关键,具有非常重要的临床价值。

The value of ultrasound guidance in pneumatic combined with ultrasound lithotripsy in percutaneous nephrolithotomy

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of the ultrasound guidance in pneumatic combined with ultrasound lithotripsy in the percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL). Methods: Puncture with ultrasonography, percutaneous passway nephroscope and ultrasonic lithotripsy or ultrasound lithotripsy, these were used for renal calculus and upper ureteral calculus on the 52 cases of renal calculus and upper ureteral calculus. Results: Fifty two cases of renal calculus and upper ureteral calculus had been guided by the ultrasound. All of them had been successfully punctured with the success rate of 100%. 50 cases in this group had been established percutaneous with the success rate of 96.15%. 2 failed cases had been changed to open procedure. Conclusion: Ultrasound guidance has its advantages. It can accurately position, real-time monitor and make less complication and so on. Therefore, it is the key to success in pneumatic combined with ultrasound lithotripsy in the percutaneous nephrolithotomy and is very important to the treatment.
