| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫输卵管造影在不孕症中的诊断与治疗作用。方法对406例资料完整的子宫输卵管造影病例进行回顾分析。结果本文原发性不孕症43例,其中鞍状子宫29例,单角子宫4例,双角子宫7例,子宫发育不良3例。继发性不孕症363例,93例是输卵管双侧阻塞,146例单侧输卵管阻塞,输卵管通而不畅31例,输卵管过曲过长13例。结论子宫输卵管造影是诊断子宫输卵管不孕简便有效方法,对输卵管阻塞有治疗再通作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of hysterosalpingography in diagnosis and treatment of tubal infertility.Methods The data of 406 cases of material intact uterus fallopian tube were analyzed.Results The primary infertility in 43 cases,saddle shape uterine in 29 cases,single angle womb in 4 cases,the two horns uterus in 7 cases,3 cases of uterine dysplasia.Secondary sterility in 363 cases,93 cases with bilateral fallopian tube obstruction,146 cases of unilateral tubal obstruction,jammed tubes in 31 cases,oviduct too long a song in 13 cases.Conclusion The hysterosalpingography is simple and effective in diagnosis and treatment of stertility,and it has recanalization role in treatment of salpingemphraxis. |
