当归四逆汤加味治疗痛经44例疗效观察

目的：对采用当归四逆汤治疗痛经的临床效果进行比较分析。方法：抽取88例在本院就诊的患有痛经的临床确诊病例,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组44例。A组患者采用复方炔诺酮片进行治疗;B组患者采用当归四逆汤进行治疗。对两组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症和不良反应现象、复发情况进行比较分析。结果：分析结果表明,B组患者的临床治疗效果与A组比较,其有效率明显高出很多,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;该组患者在治疗后出现复发的人数明显少于A组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者在治疗的过程中,均没有出现比较严重的并发症和不良反应,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：采用当归四逆汤治疗痛经的临床效果十分明显,治疗更加彻底,可以使患者在最短时间摆脱病痛,且不会引起特殊的并发症和不良反应,可以作为今后临床对该类患者进行治疗的首选方法。

Curative effect of Angelica Sini Decoction in the treatment of dysmenorrheal in 44 cases

Objective: To compare and analyse clinical effect of Angelica Sini Decoction on dysmenorrhea. Methods: Eighty-eight cases of dysmenorrhea patients in our hospital with clinical diagnosed were divided into two groups, each group of 44 cases. Group A were treated with norethisterone composite treatment; group B were treated with Angelica Sini Decoction. Clinical therapeutic efficacy, complications and adverse phenomenon, recurrence of comparative of patients in two groups were analyzed. Results: The analysis showed that clinical therapeutic effect of group B was obviously higher than that of group A, the efficiency many, the difference had a statistical significance (P<0.05); the recurrence after treatment of group B was less than group A, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05); no serious complications and adverse phenomenon appeared in both groups, the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Angelica Sini Decoction on patients with dysmenorrhea is very obvious, the treatment is more thorough, it can make the patients get rid of illness distress in the shortest time, and does not cause special complications and adverse phenomenon, can be the preferred treatment for patients with dysmenorrhea.
