原发性肺癌全肺切除术围术期舒适护理体会

目的探讨原发性肺癌全肺切除术围术期舒适护理体会。方法回顾性分析胸外科近年来收治的80例原发性肺癌全肺切除术患者的临床资料。结果对照组40例患者,经围术期常规护理,患者的满意度为72.5%;观察组40例患者,在常规护理基础上,采用舒适护理,患者的满意度为92.5%,明显高于对照组,经统计学比较分析,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论原发性肺癌全肺切除术围术期舒适护理对于保证良好的手术效果,提高患者的满意度都具有非常重要的作用。

The comfort nursing experience of primary lung cancer pneumonectomy perioperative operation

Objective To explore comfort nursing experience of the primary pneumonectomy lung cancer during operation period.Methods A clinical data of 80 cases of primary lung cancer pneumonectomy patients in our hospital in recent years was retrospectively analysed.Results Forty patients with peri operation period in the control group of received the routine nursing care,patients’ satisfaction was 72.5%;40 cases of the observation group received the comfort care on the basis of conventional care,patients’ satisfaction was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than that in control group,there was sta-tistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing in peri operation period for primary lung cancer pneumonectomy is very important to ensure good operation effect,enhance patients’ satisfaction.
