肛周尖锐湿疣46例的综合治疗

目的分析46例肛周尖锐湿疣患者的临床资料,探讨治疗方法。方法通过对本科门诊2009年1～12月46例肛周尖锐湿疣患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结治疗经验。结果本组肛周尖锐湿疣患者46例,2周治愈10例（21.74%）;4周治愈33例（71.74%）;8周治愈40例（86.96%）;12周治愈43例（93.48%）,显效3例（6.25%）,无无效病例。临床治愈率为93.48%,总有效率为100.00%。结论冷冻＋鬼臼毒素酊外用去除疣体,伐昔洛韦口服抗病毒治疗肛周尖锐湿疣,治愈率高,副作用少,是治疗该病的较佳治疗方案。

Comprehensive treatment of perianal condvloma acuminate in 46 cases

Objective To analyze the clinical data of perianal condyloma acuminate in 46 cases,in order to discuss the therapeutic method.Methods The clinical data of 46 cases with perianal condyloma acuminate in our department from January to December 2009 was analyzed retrospectively,and therapeutic experience was summarized.Results There were 46 cases suffered from perianal condyloma acuminate in our research,10 cases(21.74%) were cured in 2 weeks,33 cases(71.74%) were cured in 4 weeks,40 cases(86.96%) were cured in 8 weeks,and 43 cases(93.48%) were cured,3 cases(6.25%) were excellent,no case was invalid in 12 weeks,the clinical cure rate was 93.48% and the efficiency rate was 100.00%.Conclusion Removal of verrucous body by freeze combined with Podophyllotoxin tincture external application,and treatment of perianal condyloma acuminate by Valaciclovir oral antiviral,the cure rate is high,adverse reaction is less,which is the best therapeutic schedule in the treatment of perianal condyloma acuminate.
