灵芝多糖的急性毒性和抗肿瘤作用

目的：探讨灵芝多糖的急性毒性和抗肿瘤作用。方法：观察灵芝多糖的LD50及对S180小鼠肉瘤细胞的抑制作用。结果：灵芝多糖的LD50远大于国家标准15g/kg,属无毒级别。同时当灵芝多糖的剂量为250mg/kg时,对S180小鼠肉瘤细胞的抑瘤率为43.44%。结论：灵芝多糖有很好的抗肿瘤作用,同时无急性毒性,值得推广应用。

The acute toxicity and antitumor of ganoderma lucidum polvsaccharides

Objective: To investigate the acute toxicity and antitumor of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides. Methods: Observed the inhibition of the LD50 of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides to the mouse sarcoma S180 cells. Results: The results showed that the LD50 of the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides were greater than the national standard of 15 g/kg, it had non-toxic. At the same time, when the dose of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides was 250 mg/kg, the inhibition was 43.44% of S180 mouse sarcoma cells. Conclusion: Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides has a good anti-tumor effect, and no acute toxicity, should be widely applied.
