舒芬太尼复合颈丛麻醉在甲状腺腺瘤手术中的运用体会

目的探讨舒芬太尼复合颈丛麻醉在甲状腺腺瘤手术中的运用。方法选择2010年1月～2011年6月本院行甲状腺腺瘤手术的患者42例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各21例,两组术前均肌内注射苯巴比妥0.1g,对照组仅采用颈丛麻醉,观察组在对照组麻醉的基础上静脉注射舒芬太尼0.2μg/kg。观察麻醉满意度,分别记录阻滞前和阻滞后的收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、心率（HR）、血氧饱和度（SpO2）的变化。结果阻滞后两组SBP、DBP、HR与阻滞前比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;且两组间差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;SpO2的变化两组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组满意度评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论舒芬太尼复合颈丛麻醉用于甲状腺腺瘤手术,患者满意度高,且不良反应轻微,值得临床推广应用。

The using experience of sufentanil combined cervical plexus anesthesia in thyroid adenoma surgery

Objective To study the using experience of sufentanil combined cervical plexus anesthesia in thyroid adenoma surgery.Methods Forty two cases of thyroid adenoma surgery patients from January 2010 to June 2011 were chosen and randomly divided into observation group and control group,21 cases in each,two groups of preoperative intramuscular injection were phenobarbital 0.1 g,and the control group only used cervical plexus anesthesia,the observation group combined with sufentanil 0.2 μg/kg,the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR),blood oxygen saturation(SpO2) change were observed.Results Compared with before block,the differences of SBP,DBP and HR were statistically significant(P < 0.05);And the differences between the two groups also had statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);The change of SpO2 difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The difference of satisfaction score between two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The using of sufentanil combined cervical plexus anesthesia in thyroid adenoma surgery,the patient’s satisfaction is high,and the adverse reactions are few,and it is worthy of clinical application.
