泌尿外科专病循证护理路径绩效评价

摘    要:目的探讨泌尿外科实施专病循证护理路径的绩效。方法应用随机排列表法将200例泌尿外科手术患者(选择6个专病病种)分为观察组和对照组。观察组运用循证方法制定泌尿外科专病护理路径,并按照专病循证护理路径实施围术期护理;对照组则按护理常规实施围术期护理。比较两组的护理工作效率、工作质量、服务质量、经济效益及护士能力成长等指标的差异。结果观察组各指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论泌尿外科专病循证护理路径的制定是多种先进护理理念和模式的体现和有机结合,实施泌尿外科专病循证护理路径可显著提高护理服务的绩效。

Abstract:Objective To investigate evaluation of performance of special disease evidence-based nursing pathway on urology.Methods Two hundred cases of urological surgery patients(six diseases) were randomly divided into observation group and control group by list of random row.The observation group used evidence-based approach to design special dis-ease nursing pathway,and implemented perioperative nursing by special disease evidence-based nursing pathway;the con-trol group implemented perioperative nursing according to conventional nursing.The nursing efficiency,quality of working,quality of nursing,cost-effective and the ability of nurses between the two groups were compared.Results All indicators of the observation group were better than those in the control group,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of urology special disease evidence-based nursing pathway is reflect and combination of multiple advanced nursing concepts and nursing models,can improve the performance of nursing services.
