婴儿上颌骨骨髓炎17例治疗体会

目的：总结新生儿上颌骨骨髓炎的诊断及治疗方法,提高治愈率。方法：收集本科自2004年4月～2011年4月诊治的婴儿上颌骨骨髓炎患者17例,给予大量有效的抗生素,全身营养支持治疗,适时切开引流、换药等。结果：17例患儿全部治愈,其中6例适时的切开引流及换药,经积极治疗后10～15d局部及全身症状消失,再连用抗生素1周,随访1～2个月无复发。结论：新生儿上颌骨骨髓炎病情重,发展快,早期使用足量有效的抗生素及适时的切开引流是治愈新生儿骨髓炎的关键。

Treatment experience of 17 cases of infant maxilla osteomyelitis

Objective: To summarize the diagnosis and treatment method of newborn maxilla osteomyelitis in order to enhances the cure rate. Methods: Seventeen cases of patients with bone marrow disease from April 2004 to April 2011 in our hospital were given substantial effective antibiotic treatment, the body nutritional support, timely incision, drainage, dressings changes treatment, etc. Results: Seventeen cases of patients were all cured, partial and whole body symptom of 6 cases disappeared after 10-15 d treatment, and then they were given antibiotic for one week, there was no recurrence in 1-2 months follow-up. Conclusion: Newborn maxilla osteomyelitis is serious, and develops quickly, the timely use of full quantity effective antibiotic and incision drainage at the right moment is the key to curethe newborn osteomyelitis.
