经皮肾镜联合输尿管镜一期治疗输尿管结石合并肾结石的安全性和有效性

摘    要:目的探讨经皮肾镜联合输尿管镜一期治疗输尿管结石合并肾结石的安全性和有效性。方法将本院收治的98例患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各49例,观察组患者给予经皮肾镜联合输尿管镜一期治疗,对照组给予微创经皮肾镜取石术,观察两组患者的疗效。结果观察组患者的术中出血量、术后拔管时间、住院时间与对照组相比无差异,手术时间少于对照组。观察组的结石清除率为91.8%,与对照组的93.9%相比,差异无统计学意义。两组患者均无气胸、肾盂穿孔、胸腔积液、休克等并发症。结论经皮肾镜联合输尿管镜一期治疗输尿管结石合并肾结石安全、有效,值得临床推广。

The effectiveness and safety of percutaneous nephroscopic joint ureteroscope in the primary treatment of ureteral stone with kidney stones

Abstract:Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of percutaneous nephroscopic joint ureteroscopy in the primary treatment of ureteral stone kidney stones.Methods Ninety-eight patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 49 cases,the observation group were given percutaneous nephroscopic joint ureteroscopy primary treatment,and the control group were given treatment with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,the curative effect of two groups were observed.Results The peri-operative bleeding,postoperative decannulation time and length of hospital stay of patients in observation group and the control group had no difference,operation time in observation group was less than that in control group.The observation group stone-free rate was 91.8%,compared with 93.9% in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant.There were no complication such as pneumothorax,renal pelvis perforation,pleural effusion,complications and shock in either group.Conclusion Percutaneous nephroscopic joint ureteroscopy in the primary treatment of ureteral stone with kidney stones is safety and effective,and worthy of clinical promotion.
