下肢骨痛患者骨显像阳性检查结果分析

目的探讨骨显像在下肢骨痛全身骨显像阳性患者诊断中的应用价值。方法对26例骨痛患者常规行核素骨显像,结合病史、MRI、CT、X线、骨穿刺等检查结果综合分析。结果 26例患者中有11例为良性病变,15为恶性病变。良性率为42.3%,恶性率57.6%。引起骨痛的良性疾病主要有骨样骨瘤、骨软骨瘤、慢性骨髓炎、类风关、结核、退行性病等,恶性疾病有肿瘤骨转移、骨肉瘤、软骨肉瘤。且骨转移瘤患者所占比率明显高于其他疾病,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,骨转移瘤患者存在多发病灶例数明显高于其他疾病,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论下肢骨痛骨显像阳性能为临床提供重要的诊断依据和资料,尤其是骨显像阳性且伴多发病灶者,应高度怀疑骨转移瘤。

Result analysis of lower extremity pain patients with positive bone imaging

Objective To investigate the application value of bone imaging in diagnosis of lower extremity pain patients with positive bone imaging.Methods Twenty six cases of patients with bone pain were given routine radionuclide bone imaging,and given comprehensive analysis combined with the history,MR,CT,X-wire,bone puncture.Results In 26 cases of patients,11 cases were benign lesions,15 cases were malignant lesions.Positive rate was 42.3%,malignancy rate was 57.6%.The benign diseases which caused bone pain were osteoid osteoma,osteochondroma,chronic osteomyelitis,rheumatoid,tuberculosis,and other degenerative diseases,malignant diseases were metastases,osteosarcoma,chondrosarcoma.The percentage of patients with bone metastases was significantly higher than other diseases,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),bone metastases patients with multiple lesions was significantly higher than other diseases,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Lower extremity pain and positive bone imaging can provide important information for clinical diagnosis,especially bone metastases should be highly suspected inpatients with positive bone imaging combined with multiple lesions.
