| 摘 要： | 目的探索老年人低血糖昏迷误诊为脑梗死的原因。方法对本院42例老年低血糖昏迷患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 42例患者以急性脑梗死收住院,确诊为低血糖昏迷后经治疗意识均转清醒。结论对于老年昏迷患者,临床医生的诊断不能仅局限于脑血管意外,鉴别诊断应考虑低血糖昏迷,详问病史,仔细查体,以减少误诊。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore causes of misdiagnosis of hypoglycemic coma as cerebral infarction in the elderly.Methods On 42 cases of senile patients with hypoglycemic coma in our hospital,retrospective analyzed of clinical data.Results Forty two patients with acute cerebral infarction received hospital,confirmed after hypoglycemic coma treatment awareness go sober.Conclusion For elderly patients with coma,clinicians diagnose not only limite to cerebrovascular accidents,the differential diagnosis should be considered hypoglycemic coma,aske histories in detail,careful physical examination in order to avoid the misdiagnosis. |
