对于糖尿病周围神经病变应用神经生长因子辅助治疗的效果分析

Effectiveness analysis of nerve growth factor for treatment with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective: To analyze and study the clinical results and significance of nerve growth factor used in diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: Eighty patients of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into control and treatment group, control group were received conventional insulin and symptomatic therapy, treatment group were received nerve growth factor treatment of two cycles on the basis of conventional therapy. After treatment, the nerve conduction velocity and blood rheology and other indicators were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 90.0% of treatment group, which was higher than 67.5% of the control group (P<0.05); The treatment group data of nerve conduction velocity and blood rheology were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nerve growth factor used in diabetic peripheral neuropathy has significant efficiency, is worthy of promotion.
