全视网膜光凝联合睫状体光凝治疗新生血管性青光眼疗效分析

目的观察分析全视网膜光凝术联合经巩膜睫状体光凝治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床疗效及适应证。方法对35例（36眼）新生血管性青光眼患者行全视网膜光凝联合睫状体光凝术，随访6-12个月，观察术后眼压、视力、虹膜、房角新生血管。结果术后1年，复查平均眼压（17．69±．59）mmHg与手术前比较差异具有统计学意义P=0．001；视力提高19眼（52．78％）；35眼新生血管均完全消退。结论全视网膜光凝联合睫状体光凝能有效降低眼压，保护残存视力，是治疗早期新生血管性青光眼的一种安全、有效方法。

Efficacy analysis of treatment of the neovascular glaucoma with panretinal photocoagulation combined transscleral cyclophotocoagulation

Objective To observe clinical efficacy and indications of the neovascular glaucoma with panretinal photocoagulation combined transscleral cyclophotocoagulation.Methods The 35 patients (36 eyes) with neovascular glaucoma,which underwent panretinal photocoagulation combined with cyclophotocoagulation,were followed-up 6-12 months and observed in intraocular pressure,vision,iris and angle neovascularization.Results After 1 year,the mean IOP (17.69 ± 4.59) mm Hg compared with preoperative one,had a statistically significant (P=0.001);Vision improved in 19 eyes (52.78%);New blood vessels in 35 eyes were completely dissipated.Conclusion Panretinal photocoagulation combined with cyclophotocoagulation can effectively lower intraocular pressure,protect the remaining vision and is a safe and effective treatment method to early stage neovascular glaucoma.
