胸腔镜辅助切除左第二肋巨大肋骨骨巨细胞瘤1例分析

摘    要:本院2011年11月利用胸腔镜辅助切除左侧巨大第二肋肋骨骨巨细胞瘤1例,手术切除顺利,术后病检提示左第二肋骨巨细胞瘤(2级)。通过对该病例总结探讨肋骨骨巨细胞瘤手术治疗方式、途径、及应用范围。笔者发现胸腔镜辅助切除左第二肋巨大肋骨骨巨细胞瘤方法简便、微创、实用。对于胸顶不易暴露的肿瘤,尤其是体积较大的,具有同样的优越性,它提供了开阔的全方位视野,避免了手术的盲目性,减少了不必要的创伤,优化了手术步骤。

Abstract:One case of patients with giant cell tumor of bone of giant rib in the second left rib was cut off by thoracoscope in our hospital in November 2011.The resection surgery went smoothly,and postoperative disease inspection showed giant cell tumor in the second left rib (level 2).The surgical therapy ways,roads and applied range of giant cell tumor of rib are discussed by the summary of the clinical case,and we find that the method of giant cell tumor of bone of giant rib in the second left rib by thoracoscopic aided resection is simple,minimally invasive and practical.It has the same advantage for the cancer whose top of chest is not easy to be exposed,especially for larger volume.It provides widely omnidirectional field,avoids the blindness of surgery,reduce unnecessary trauma,optimize the surgical procedure,simplify the operation process,reduce the operation difficulty,expand the surgery resection rate of such tumor,can be promoted to be one of the standard surgery procedures of such tumors.
