To explore how to strengthen medical record management and utilization under the new situation.The practice on the medical records management are discussed.Hospital has made great progress in medical records management,but there are still inadequate attention,inadequate investment,talent shortage and other problems.Some countermeasures are put forward,which include increasing investment,improving the management mechanism,enhancing the quality of personnel and taking full advantage of information technology.
