低频脉冲电磁场联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗原发性骨质疏松症

目的观察低频脉冲电磁场联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗对原发性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法将119例患者分为两组,一组采用低频脉冲电磁场联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗,一组采用鲑鱼降钙素治疗。结果 4周后疼痛缓解出现差异,低频脉冲电磁场联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗优于鲑鱼降钙素治疗组,6个月后,有67例复查骨密度,治疗组平均骨密度增长10.29%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论低频脉冲电磁场联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗原发性骨质疏松症,二者有明显协同作用,对缓解骨痛,提高骨密度,优于单一治疗。

Low frequency pulse electromagnetic field(PEMFs)joint salmon calcitonin in the treatment of primary osteoporosis

Objective To observe the effect of low frequency pulse electromagnetic field(PEMFs) joint salmon calcitonin in the treatment of primary osteoporosis.Methods One hundred and nineteen patients were divided into two groups,one group underwent the low frequency pulse electromagnetic field joint salmon calcitonin treatment,the other group underwent the salmon calcitonin treatment.Results Pain relief were different after 4 weeks,the group of low frequency pulse electromagnetic field joint salmon calcitonin therapy was better than group of salmon calcitonin treatment,six months later,there were 67 cases who reviewed bone mineral density,the treatment group increased of 7.29% averagely,there was significantly different between two groups.Conclusion Low frequency pulse electromagnetic field joint salmon calcitonin treatment of osteoporosis has obvious synergy,is better than individual treatment on easing the bone pain and improving bone mineral density.
